Dr. Gurfateh Sandhu, also known as Dr. G, graduated from Tufts University in Boston with his DMD in 2008 and was class president of his graduating class. He was born and raised in India where he received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Pune, India and came to Canada in his early 20’s with a vision in mind.
Early on in his career Dr. Sandhu had a dream that he wanted to create dental offices which serve all dental needs of a community under one roof. This would eliminate the need for patients to travel into bigger cities, spending extra money and having to see various dentists. Dr. Sandhu turned this dream into a reality and has now successfully opened many dental offices across Eastern Ontario in mostly smaller communities/towns. Over the years Dr. Sandhu has trained and been a mentor to many dentists, some, which have joined his ever growing team.
At the start of this journey, along with his older brother, Dr. Sandhu was awarded the first ever Leeds and Grenville Immigrant Entrepreneur Award. With opening so many offices Dr. Sandhu has created jobs for hundreds of people in many communities over the last decade and helped so many people and businesses with fund raising, free dental treatment, and much more.
Dr. Sandhu now resides in Brockville with his wife and three children. When not doing dentistry he is usually travelling with his family or spending time hiking. To relax and unwind you can find him either in the gym, doing yoga, or practicing meditation.
Dr. Sandhu has immense experience of all different treatments with a lot of advanced training over the years in orthodontics, TMJ, and dental implant surgery.
